Bill Brassington

Bill Brassington is a second-term trustee. Bill previously served as vice-chair, and sat on Burnaby's Healthier Community Partnership, the District Community School Advisory Committee, and the City of Burnaby Parks, Recreation and Culture Commission. 

Bill is the parent of two Burnaby students and believes in a strong public education system and the power of neighborhood schools to shape Burnaby.

For the past 26 years, Bill has lived and volunteered in our community. He is proud of his years as the PAC Chairperson for his children’s school, as a member of the City of Burnaby Sustainable City Advisory Committee, and as a coach for Hastings Little League and Burnaby Minor Softball. Bill looks forward to continuing to serve Burnaby as a School Trustee and to continue advocating for Burnaby’s families and teachers.
